Consultant and animator in taste education and infant nutrition, Aurélia has
built a real educational project, awakening to taste once per month, and
inviting children to a multi-sensorial experience.
During these seasonal food awakening workshops, children learn "to smell, to
taste and to touch the food". They discover tastes and textures in a fun way
and expand their nutritional repertoire and food culture.
