Native English speaker, I have been living in France for over 20 years. I started my professional career as a translator. My two children, born in France and bilingual since their birth, have benefited from bilingual education since the preschool. This dual teaching has brought them tremendous cultural wealth, the
benefit of two different approaches to learning, and a great openness to the world. I was delighted!
Therefore, when the time came for me to embark on a professional change, I turned to bilingual education. My first experience in the British section of the Lycée International in Saint Germain en Laye (with children in the preschool), comforted me in this direction. Wanting to bring a more generalized opening towards the English language and culture, I got a diploma as a schoolteacher and I have worked for two years in public schools.
Subsequently, carried by the values of benevolence and fulfillment in the learning process, which are fundamental to me, I found my place at Montessori school. I am delighted to be part of a team that shares these values, and to work with children who blossom every day.
